Thank You to our Generous Community!

The Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky celebrates an incredibly successful Donation Drive Thru, thanks to the generous support of the community! 44 cars drove thru the ESNKY Parking lot and made a donation at the event on October 21st. From winter coats to coffee, boxers to fitted twin bedsheets, thank you to our incredibly generous community for showing up for shelter!

The Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky depends on generous donations from our community to keep our shelves stocked with essential items for our guests, especially during the winter months. Your contributions help ESNKY provide daily meals and necessities, ensuring guests have what they need during their stay.

If you were unable to stop by at the Donation Drive Thru, there’s still opportunities for you to make an impact for guests during the Winter Cold Shelter season. Donations can be dropped off 7 days a week at our shelter located at 436 W 13th Street, Covington, KY 41011. Donations are accepted from 9am to 4pm and after 6pm. If these times don’t work for you, please feel free to call us at (859) 291-4555 to schedule an appointment.

If you prefer to shop online, you can ship items directly to ESNKY through our Amazon Wish List.

If you’d like a list of high need items, please visit our website or call (859) 291-4555.

Last winter, ESNKY and its generous community of supporters helped provide 494 adults with 8,590 nights of safe, warm, and life-changing shelter. Those numbers reflect thousands of nights when adults had a place to come in from the cold, rest, and access essential services.

Thank you for making an immediate impact on the lives of hundreds of guests this winter!
