Dear Friends of the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky,
The Board and Staff at the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky are planning for the future and we invite you to share your thoughts and ideas by completing this brief survey. Your input will help us to better serve guests, staff and the community.
All answers are confidential and will not be attributed to any individual. Responses will be summarized by our planning facilitator, Kathy DeLaura (Partners in Change) and shared in aggregate with the planning team.
