120 DAY HOUSING & WORK PROGRAM
The Housing & Work program for adult men 18+ provides longer term bed security to allow men to maintain employment and obtain stable housing. This is offered year-round and men must stay in emergency shelter for 14 days and have a KY ID. Please email Curtis Edwards for information.
DAYTIME NAVIGATION & ENGAGEMENT CENTER
The Daytime Navigation & Engagement Center (DNEC) is for adult men and women for shower & self-service laundry program daily from 10a-4pm, computer workstations to search for employment & housing and cell phone charging stations. Community partner rooms are available to meet with case management, mental health providers as needed. No preassessment is required.
STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM
ESNKY Street Outreach Program delivers mobile street outreach to adult individuals experiencing homelessness in NKY. Outreach workers seek out individuals in need living on the streets, in cars and other places not meant for human habitation. The team offers basic survival items, food, sleeping bags, coats, and other necessities. Through consistent contact, the team works to build trust in order to learn about the needs of those served. Outreach workers offer referrals, care coordination, assistance with personal documents, and transportation to all services in the community. Contact Bracie Weldon during regular business hours.

Emergency Shelter
ESNKY is open every night. We are a first come first serve night by night shelter. We will shelter anyone regardless of their physical, mental or spiritual state of being. ESNKY is handicap accessible.
Who do We Serve?
Adult Men 18+ are able to shelter year-round. Women 18+ are able to shelter with us from November – March.
Requirements
- Priority given to those with a Kentucky state-issued picture ID. All others are first come, first serve.
- Agree to our community guidelines and code of conduct.
- Enter with no assistance and be able to toilet and climb into a bunk bed on their own.
What do we provide?

- To be offered food, clothing and the ability to get clean.
- To be offered information and referrals to services that may help my situation if I so cho0se to take action.
- Shelter staff will take swift action in removing anyone who threatens the safety of our shelter guests.
